Refund Policy

Digital products

Because all DESIVE products are digital and delivered instantly, they generally cannot be returned once delivered. However, we honor refunds in the following situations:

• The product was never delivered.
• The delivered product is confirmed non-functional and cannot be replaced.
• The order was placed by mistake and the product has not been used or claimed.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket in our Discord server with your order details. Most refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before opening a payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and legal action.
